Welcome to Timberview Apartments - the FIRST Mass Timber Building of affordable housing! A newly constructed affordable housing community in Portland, OR with luxury amenities like RADIANT HEAT FLOORING, floor to ceiling windows, walk-in closets, and high-end timber accents throughout to name a few. Timberview Apartments is an income restricted property. Residents must meet these income limits of 1.5 times the monthly rent but not exceed the household income maximum (see chart below) to qualify for homes at Timberview Apartments. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
