NOW LEASING at Gilman Court
Gilman Court is a new development set to complete construction in April 2015. Gilman Court features six stories with 60 units of affordable housing for people who are ages 55 and older.
Designed for Safe and Healthy Aging - Gilman Court has been designed to help residents live long and healthy lives. Aging-in-place features include handrails in the hallways, indoor and outdoor community gathering areas. Fully accessible and ADA adaptable apartments are available.
Sustainable Living - Gilman Court will be a LEED Gold certified building, with enhanced water conservation features, community gardens and healthy indoor air quality.
Ride Connection On-Site - Access to free transportation services through our on-site partner Ride Connection that offers transportation education, shuttles and door-to-door transportation services.
Gilman Court is centrally located in Portland’s Gateway neighborhood on the corner of NE Glisan and 99th Avenue in Portland, Oregon. The neighborhood offers excellent transit options, nearby grocery stores, shopping, pharmacies, medical facilities and much more. Gilman Court will have a large community room/TV room, a computer lab, an exercise room and a private outdoor courtyard for building residents. This is a Tax Credit building. The Gilman Court waitlist will be opening at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 14th, 2015. Applications will be accepted until 2:00 PM that day. A total of 150 applications will be initially accepted first come, first served, for the waiting list. Download the Gilman Court Waitlist Application Packet
Applicants will need to bring photo ID and the applicant screening fee of $40.00 for each Adult household member. Please bring a check or money order, made out to Gilman Court. We’re sorry but we will NOT able to accept cash. The beginning of the waiting line will be at the entrance to the Glisan Commons Apartments, 555 NE 100th Avenue, and run North on the sidewalk around the building. Due to the limited parking in the neighborhood, we encourage you to arrive by public transportation.
