Update on The Barcelona at Beaverton Application Intake Event:

• Due to Beaverton City code regarding obstructing public right-of-way, no lining up on the sidewalk or on the property of The Bethel Congregational United Church of Christ prior to 10:00 am on Friday, August 21st will be permitted.

• Please bring your application and tenant screening criteria completely filled out.

• Please bring with your photo identification.

• Please bring your money order or check for the screening fee of $42.00.  No cash or debit/credit card will be accepted.
