Her desire to help people, by identifying and understanding the obstacles that hold them back from succeeding and excelling at their role, began as a child and continues to drive her today. Heather has a background in a Fortune 500 company for over 20 years identifying, creating and facilitating training and workshops that help to better maximize the team and individual.

In her free time, Heather is a mentor to other business professionals who need guidance and training on an individual basis. Her drive and intensity at Cascade is focused on our entire staffs' learning needs from the site to our corporate office to ensure the company is able to continue growing and meeting the needs of our customers.
