Paul hails from Worcester, Massachusetts, birthplace of the smiley face, candlepin bowling, the monkey wrench, and the first commercially produced Valentine’s Day card. He has spent the last 30 years of his career in commercial and residential construction, affordable housing, and facilities maintenance. He has extensive experience in supervision, vendor relations, building rehabilitation, and reactive and preventative maintenance work. He was named AHMA Maintenance Technician of the Year in 2014, and received an Ace Award as Maintenance Manager of the Year in 2016.

He moved to Oregon in 2012 with his wife Kathleen. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, exploring the NW, and supporting the New England Patriots.
