David Bachman, Managing Principal & CEO
David started in the affordable housing management and development business in 1993. David received a Business
Administration Degree from Western Oregon University. David holds a real estate property management license and
is the Managing Principal and CEO of the corporation. David supervises all of the staff in the Wilsonville office including the Property Management, Compliance and Marketing departments. As Managing Principal and CEO, he is responsible for new business
development. Since his employment, the company's portfolio has grown to more than ten times its original size. This
has been accomplished while maintaining Cascade's high level of commitment to service and quality.
Mark Kellenbeck, Managing Principal and COO
Mark started in the affordable housing management and development business in 1992. He holds a real estate property management license and is the Managing
Principal and COO of the corporation. Mark has been very active in industry associations including OR CARH, National
CARH and ORHA. As COO, Mark oversees the Grants Pass office of Cascade Management and the Human Resources, Information
Technology, Field Services, and Rural Development Compliance department. Mark manages all the business automation
initiatives of Cascade Management.
Ryan McClung, Chief Financial Officer
Ryan graduated from Oregon State University and is a Certified Public Accountant, Chief Financial Officer and
Shareholder of Cascade Management. He has been with Cascade Management since 1997. He manages the corporate
finances and oversees the Accounting department. He is also the main point of contact for financial institutions,
auditors and lenders. Ryan also manages Cascade's Consulting Services.
JoAnn Smith, Corporate Officer & Regional Portfolio Manager
JoAnn has been with Cascade Management since 1980. She has been in the property management business for over twenty-four
years. She is now a Regional Portfolio Manager and Corporate Officer. She is responsible for several properties
throughout the state of Oregon and works very closely with her onsite managers to provide intensive hands-on
management. JoAnn is our highly valued "institutional memory" for the corporation.
Sherry Van Blaricom, Controller
Sherry started at Cascade in 2006. She graduated from Montana State University with a Business Administration degree. She currently manages all of the project accounting and directly supervises the Accounting department. Sherry is responsible for financial reporting to owners, creditors and agencies.
Dana Plop, Regional Portfolio Manager
Dana joined Cascade Management in 2006. She has over twenty years experience in project, property and asset management.
Prior to joining Cascade Management, Dana worked as a Director of Asset Management where she learned the ins and outs of
affordable housing and the programs associated with it. Dana holds the Certified Occupancy Specialist and
Certified Tax Credit Compliance Specialist designations and is presently a Certified Regional Property Manager
Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Dana earned a Masters Degree in Construction Engineering.
Debi Mansfield-Christensen, Regional Portfolio Manager
Debi joined Cascade Management in 2004. As Regional Portfolio Manager, she now manages over 700 units in her portfolio. Prior to joining Cascade Management,
Debi worked as a Property Manager in the conventional property industry.
Jon Klein, Regional Portfolio Manager
Jon Klein is the newest member of Cascade Management’s team. Having worked as a Real Estate Attorney and
Property Manager in Colorado for fifteen years, Jon was drawn to the lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest, having
relocated to Oregon in 2003. In his newly adopted state, he has served as a Property Manager and Project Manager
for various residential projects throughout Oregon. A licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon, Washington and
California, Jon enjoyed the chance to work in the affordable housing sector, working with individuals and families
to turn their dream of home ownership into a reality. Jon serves as the Regional Portfolio Manager for the Central
Oregon region. A graduate of UCLA, Jon received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
Lois Waugh, Regional Portfolio Manager
Lois joined Cascade Management in 2007. She has over seventeen years experience in project, property and asset
management in both affordable and conventional property management. Prior to joining Cascade Management, Lois worked as a
Director of Property Management and was awarded the, "Good Neighbor Award" by ARC of Lane County in
recognition of her outstanding service to persons with disabilities. Her desire to provide quality affordable
housing is reflected in superior property management. She is currently working on a degree in Leadership at
Multnomah Bible College.
Rebekah Gerrick, Regional Portfolio Manager
Rebekah has been with Cascade Management since 2000. She has held various positions with the company and is now a Regional Portfolio Manager overseeing thrity-one properties in Oregon. Rebekah holds Spectrum STAR certification and Council for Affordable and Rural Housing's Basic Apartment Manager Certification. Rebekah manages the vast majority of our Rural Development portfolio and is highly skilled in working with the agency at all levels.
Sonia Romero, Regional Portfolio Manager
Sonia joined Cascade Management in 2005. She has held various positions with the company and is now a
Regional Portfolio Manager. Sonia is bi-lingual and began in Property Management industry in 2000 in the State of California.
She currently holds a Property Management License in the State of Oregon.
Darla Lull, Regional Portfolio Manager
Darla has been with Cascade Management since 2004. She began in Property Management as a Portfolio Manager of residential
and commerical properties in 1998. Darla is well versed in Oregon Landlord Tenant Law and is a valuable resource for Cascade Management staff.
Kerrie Bunes, Human Resources Manager
Kerrie has been with Cascade Management since 1998. She has thirteen years of accounting experience including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Budgeting, General Ledger and full Financial Reporting. Kerrie has ten years of Personnel and Supervisory/Management experience and over three years experience leading Safety committees.
Rachel Elliot, HUD Compliance Supervisor/504 Coordinator/Senior Fair Housing Specialist
Rachel has worked in the housing industry since 1983. Prior to coming to Cascade Management, she worked for Housing and Urban Development as a Housing Management Specialist for over fifteen years. Rachel leads the HUD Compliance department for our company. One of the things that she loves most about working for Cascade Management is being able to help families gain higher quality and affordable housing.
Roanna La Greide, LIHTC Compliance Supervisor
Roanna has been in the property management business since 2000. She supervises all work and staff related to LIHTC, HOME, OAHTC, BOND and PDC compliance. She is also responsible for reviewing all move-in and re-certification files.
Angie Davis, Compliance Officer
Angie started with Cascade Management in 2007 and is currently a Compliance Officer. She maintains the compliance portion for thirty-two properties including HUD, Rural Development, and Farm Labor.
Kari Fuge, Marketing Director
Kari has been with Cascade Management since 2001. She has received certifications in Project Management, Web Development and Technical Writing Programs through Portland State University. She oversees marketing for project lease-ups, ongoing marketing for maximized occupancy, manages all of the company's corporate marketing and advertising, including the corporate web site.
Mark Becket, Field Services Manager
Mark has been with Cascade Management since 1997 and has been involved in property management for over fifteen years. His duties include developing and overseeing capital improvement plans for sites, overseeing major capital work, HQS inspections, maintenance staff training and the development of Cascade's maintenance policies and procedures.
