Vacation
Starts accruing the day hired - available for use after 6 months of employment.

Accrual Rate

Regular Full Time 40 hrs.

10 days of accrued time off per year

Regular Part Time 30+ hrs.

10 days of accrued time off per year

Part Time Benefited 20+ hrs.

10 days of accrued time off per year

After the 1st year of employment, accrual rate increases for years 2 through 5, 6 through 14 and 15+ years.

Paid Holidays
Employees are eligible to claim a company paid holiday 60 calendar days from the date of employment. Cascade Management, Inc. observes 8 Corporate Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Insurance
Eligible employees have health insurance benefits available to them if they work 30+ hours per week. Employees scheduled 20+ hours per week are eligible for Colonial benefits only. Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance benefits on the 1st day of the month following 60 calendar days of employment or annually at open enrollment each June. Employee's pay entire premium for Health & Dental coverage for any covered dependents or spouse.

Life / AD&D Coverage
Cascade Management, Inc. provides $10,000 life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage to all eligible employees.

Colonial Supplemental Benefits
Premiums based on individual, plans selected, etc.

Flex Benefit Spending Accounts

401(k) Plan
Eligible employees are eligible to contribute in to the 401(k) plan on the 1st quarter following 60 days of employment. After 1 year of employment and 1000 hours of employment, Cascade Management Inc. will match 25% of the employees first 4% of salary deferral in contributions.
