Cascade Management's compliance team is very well versed and experienced in managing all sets of affordable and subsidized components. We have a staff of eight employees dedicated to handling program compliance requirements. The Compliance Team trains and support staff in all aspects of program compliance including fair housing. Development Assistance
Cascade Management has over thirty-three years of HUD experience, over twenty-three years of RD experience and over sixteen years of Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience. Accounting
Cascade Management currently has a Certified Public Accountant on staff who fully understand accrual based accounting methods beyond the limitations traditionally found in property management. Controls are vast for all accounting methods including the fact that all client trust account reconciliations are approved directly by the President of Cascade Management, Inc.
